Users must be 18 years or older to register and use this platform. By using our services, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and true.
Users must register by providing accurate personal details such as name, email, phone number, and delivery address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse or unauthorized access from your account will be your responsibility. B2 Mega Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
Product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability are uploaded by sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product details. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. B2 Mega Mart is not liable for incorrect or misleading product listings by sellers.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD). Available payment options include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (if applicable). In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. B2 Mega Mart uses secure third-party payment gateways; however, we are not responsible for any technical errors during transactions.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability, seller location, and delivery address. B2 Mega Mart works with logistics partners but is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Users must provide complete and accurate delivery details.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Returns are accepted only under our Return & Refund Policy (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong item). Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Products once used, damaged by the customer, or not meeting the return policy cannot be refunded.
Sellers must comply with applicable Indian laws (GST, Consumer Protection Act, etc.). Sellers are prohibited from listing illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products. Violations may result in suspension or termination of the seller account.
Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities. Any activity causing harm to B2 Mega Mart, its sellers, or customers may lead to account termination and legal action.
B2 Mega Mart is an intermediary marketplace and does not manufacture, own, or control listed products. Product quality, warranties, and claims are the seller’s responsibility. B2 Mega Mart’s liability is limited only to the order value paid by the customer.
All logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, software, and designs belong to B2 Mega Mart. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.
B2 Mega Mart reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services to any user found violating policies.
B2 Mega Mart may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
