1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across major cities and towns in India. Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified during checkout if delivery is unavailable.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location. Orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999) may be eligible for Free Shipping (terms apply). Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and product availability:
Unexpected delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/Email. Customers can track their orders directly through our app/website.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery two (2) times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (Future expansion may include global deliveries.)
