The customer must request a return within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Returns will not be accepted after the deadline has passed.

Once the return is accepted, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or wallet. Note: Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) will generally not be refundable.

If you want a replacement instead of a refund, and stock is available, a new product will be sent. In case of out of stock only refund will be given.
6. Special Provisions
Returns of large/heavy products (such as furniture, appliances etc.) will be accepted only if the product is faulty or damaged. Return/refund policy may not apply to certain categories such as sale items, offer products, digital goods.
