Refund and Return Policy – B2 Mega Mart

We want all our customers to enjoy a safe and reliable shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may request a return/refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Your product will be accepted for return only in the following situations:

The customer must request a return within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Returns will not be accepted after the deadline has passed.

3. Return Process

  1. Raise a return request from the “My Orders” section on the app/website.
  2. Upload the reason for return and relevant photo/video proof.
  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Pickup will be arranged upon approval.
  5. Refund/replacement will be issued only after the product is checked after pickup.

4. Refund Policy

Once the return is accepted, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or wallet. Note: Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) will generally not be refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

If you want a replacement instead of a refund, and stock is available, a new product will be sent. In case of out of stock only refund will be given.

6. Special Provisions

Returns of large/heavy products (such as furniture, appliances etc.) will be accepted only if the product is faulty or damaged. Return/refund policy may not apply to certain categories such as sale items, offer products, digital goods.
